How do I I Query a Notice of Correction?

You as a company cannot.

Your customer (or the subject of the search) must take this up directly with Call Credit's consumer team.

They would need to contact the Call Credit Consumer Services Team on 0845 366 0071 as this is regarding a Notice of Correction on their credit report and this is not something we (or you) are able to query on their behalf under Data Protection rules.

How to Upgrade to V2

A

To be able to use version 2, you need to upgrade your account. The new version requires a modern browser (Internet Explorer 9 or above, Firefox, Chrome etc.). To upgrade, you need to log in as an AML Admin user (usually your MLRO) and then you will notice an upgrade banner at the bottom of your dashboard - Click this to start the process.
